Rafael De La Rubia at the United Nations

On 5/6/09 Rafael De La Rubia, international spokesperson for the World March for Peace and Nonviolence, spoke at the United Nations in New York City in an event sponsored by the Permanent Mission of Chile.

The presentation was attended by Delegates and representatives from Chile, Argentina, Iran, Syria, China, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Syria, Guatemala, Poland, and Uruguay, as well as important NGOs including Unifem. Chris Wells introduced Rafael.
